Making good judgments on time has many advantages, one of which is that it enables a leader to react swiftly and skillfully to shifting conditions.

Organizations today must be able to respond to new possibilities and challenges in a fast-paced business environment. A leader who can act quickly and decisively will be better able to navigate this ever-evolving environment.
