"A thoughtful mind, when it sees a nation's flag, sees not the flag only, but the nation itself." — Henry Ward Beecher

At about 7:30 AM of January 23, 2023, Police Cadets of Philippine National Police Academy together with the personnel of Tagaytay Component City Police Station led by PLTCOL Charles Daven M. Capagcuan, OIC, Tagaytay Component City Police Station together with the Religious Sectors conducted Monday Traditional Flag Raising and giving of Commendation to deserving personnel held infront of Tagaytay Component City Police, Akle Street, Brgy. Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City.

The Cadet Attachment Program (CAP) is an important part of the training curriculum for cadets at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA). This program allows cadets to gain practical experience in a real-world setting, allowing them to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the classroom.[1] Through the CAP, cadets can also develop their leadership and decision-making abilities and their interpersonal and communication skills.

The active leadership of PMGEN Eric Escosio Noble, the PNPA director, and PCOL Arnold Peralta Ardiente, the Dean of Academics, is crucial in ensuring the success of the CAP. Their guidance and support are essential in providing cadets with a structured and meaningful learning experience. The leadership of the PNPA also plays a key role in ensuring that the CAP aligns with the overall objectives and goals of the academy and the Philippine National Police.

The participation of PNP cadets at the Tagaytay Component City Police Station on January 14, 2023, is a testament to the commitment of the PNPA to providing its cadets with a well-rounded training program. The briefing of activities under the direct supervision of PLTCOL Capagcuan, the OIC of Tagaytay CCPS, highlights the importance of mentorship and guidance in helping cadets develop the skills and knowledge necessary for their future roles as police officers.

The CAP is an excellent opportunity for cadets to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of police work, such as crime prevention, investigation, community policing, and public safety. It is also an opportunity for them to work closely with experienced police officers and learn from their expertise. The experience gained through the CAP can help cadets better understand the challenges and opportunities of police work and prepare them for their future roles as law enforcement officers.

In conclusion, the leadership of the PNPA and the Tagaytay Component City Police Station play a vital role in the success of the Cadet Attachment Program. By providing cadets with a well-rounded training program that includes practical experience and mentorship, the PNPA can prepare them for their future roles as police officers committed to serving their communities with honor, integrity, and excellence.

Hi, thanks for dropping by!

I am a cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy Masidtalak Class of 2023. I am also a member of the Alfa Company and the First Battalion Investigation Officer. Just like everybody else, I used to be a civilian who dreamed of becoming a part of the long maroon line.
