PMGEN Eric Escosio Noble is a highly experienced and well-respected police officer with a long and distinguished career in the Philippine National Police (PNP). He is a proud member of the PMA TANGLAW-DIWA Class of 1992 and has served in various units and positions within the PNP.[1] He has served as a Chief of Police in several cities, as well as in international missions, such as the United Nations Mission in Kosovo. He has also served as a Provincial Director, and Deputy Regional Director and held other senior positions within the PNP.[2]

PMGEN Noble's reputation as a man of public service is well-deserved, and his more than three decades of experience in the PNP are a testament to his dedication to serving the people of the Philippines. He is known for his leadership skills and has proven himself to be a competent and effective administrator in various roles throughout his career.[3]

PMGEN Noble's appointment as the 31st Director of the Philippine National Police Academy is a recognition of his achievements and expertise in the field of policing. He has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the country's premier police higher education institution, and his experience, leadership, and dedication to public service make him well-suited for the task. It is clear that PMGEN Noble has a lot to offer and that his love for God, country, and people will continue to drive his efforts to serve the people of the Philippines in his new role.

PMGEN Eric Escosio Noble's goal of ending hazing and promoting excellence within the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) cadets is commendable. Hazing is a serious issue that has caused harm and even death to many cadets, and it goes against the values of discipline and respect that are central to law enforcement organizations. By taking a strong stance against hazing, PMGEN Noble is sending a message that this behavior will not be tolerated and that the PNPA is committed to providing its cadets with a safe and positive learning environment.

Moreover, promoting excellence within the cadets is also essential for the future of the Philippine National Police.[4] By setting high standards for the cadets and encouraging them to strive for excellence, PMGEN Noble is ensuring that the next generation of police officers will be highly competent and capable of serving the community with distinction. This can also help to restore the public's trust in the PNP, as they will see that the academy is producing high-quality officers who are dedicated to their duties.

Wherefore, PMGEN Eric Escosio Noble's efforts to end hazing and promote excellence within the PNPA cadets are commendable and important steps in the right direction. These initiatives will help to create a safer and more positive learning environment for the cadets and will also contribute to the overall improvement of the Philippine National Police.

Hi, thanks for dropping by!

I am a cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy Masidtalak Class of 2023. I am also a member of the Alfa Company and the First Battalion Investigation Officer. Just like everybody else, I used to be a civilian who dreamed of becoming a part of the long maroon line.
