"A leadership strategy without ethical clarity produces moral and economic bankruptcy." - Bill Donahue

On January 16, 2023, cadets from Philippine National Police Academy who are undergoing their Cadet Attachment Program at the Province of Cavite attended the Flag Raising Ceremony coinciding with 29th PNP Ethics Day Celebration with the theme: "Serbisyong may Malasakit, Kaayusan at Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran, handog ng Pambansang Pulisya kabalikat ang Simbahan at Pamayanan" with Director II Maria Theresa R. Poblador Field Office Director- Cavite, Civil Service Commission 4A as Guest of Honor and Speaker, under the direct supervision of PCOL Christoper Olazo, Provincial Director at Cavite Police Provincial Office. Police Cadets also rendered courtesy call to the Cavite Police Provincial Office.[1]

The Cadet Attachment Program (CAP) is a significant initiative that allows Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) cadets to gain practical experience and exposure to various police activities. The CAP's effectiveness is evident in the cadets' participation in the Flag Raising Ceremony on January 16, 2023, in the Province of Cavite, coinciding with the 29th PNP Ethics Day Celebration.

The theme for the event, "Serbisyong may Malasakit, Kaayusan at Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran, handog ng Pambansang Pulisya kabalikat ang Simbahan at Pamayanan," highlights the importance of the police's commitment to serving the community with integrity and empathy. The presence of Director II Maria Theresa R. Poblador, Field Office Director-Cavite, Civil Service Commission 4A, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker, adds a significant value to the event, as her expertise and experience in public service provide insights to the cadets on the importance of ethical conduct in their future careers.

The direct supervision of PCOL CHRISTOPHER OLAZO, Provincial Director at Cavite Police Provincial Office, during the event, provides the cadets with a unique opportunity to learn and understand the role of police officers in maintaining peace and order in the community. His leadership and guidance ensure that the cadets receive valuable insights and real-world experience, preparing them for their future careers in the PNP.

Overall, the event is a testament to the PNPA leadership's dedication to nurturing and developing the next generation of police officers in the Philippines. Through the CAP, cadets can gain valuable experience and exposure to various police activities and contribute to the community's safety and well-being. The ethical conduct and values that the cadets learn through events like these can guide their actions and decisions in their future careers, ultimately promoting a safer and more peaceful community.

Hi, thanks for dropping by!

I am a cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy Masidtalak Class of 2023. I am also a member of the Alfa Company and the First Battalion Investigation Officer. Just like everybody else, I used to be a civilian who dreamed of becoming a part of the long maroon line.
